Broughty Ferry Post Office

Unfortunately lady was working all alone, which I find shocking. Shop very cold. Strange atmosphere.

I use this post office regular and the owner and Norma are alway really nice but today I got a young lad who couldnt have been more rude if he tried, basically treated me like a bit of dirt on his shoe, telling me to join another queue at top of shop then shouting me back down to his counter in a manner that was uncalled for. He certainly should not be in a job dealing with the public if thats the way he speaks to them

GET THE TIMES CHANGED ON YOUR WEBSITE OR WORK YOUR FULL HOURS!!!!!! Went into the post office at 5:15 but they told me to leave RUDELY as they were closing. They then left straight after me? Why put your closing time at 18:00 if staff are going to leave nearly an HOUR earlier? Not impressed. Do not waist your time going here. Go elsewhere.

Not a nice friendly welcome store shelfs empty staff not don't no what to do go in 1 day and next day get difrent story when its same young man doesn't no how to speake to customers and because he dint no what to do he throw my stuff back at min then tried top up he was like u need go back store i says i come every week and manger says u top up u need to it at till as u come in he was admit he was right then looked at me and says what do i do really u have staff don't no how do it staff had to show him then my mum went in and same problem and talking down to her like she was mad 1 then lol and had get manger again he says this woman gave me top up but we don't do that and manger says we do that and its same top up card come on he needs to be trained 1 on 1 and how to speak to people i never went back to this place not friendly and that young man
