Strathmartine Road Post Office

Great Post office, helpful staff and good service

This post office failed to process an amazon return delivery citing the software from amazon was the problem with no work around or inability to take a paper print out of the QR code needed. To make matters worse they told me it was down in all locations and that they owned all the locations, showed me the shelf of already processed packages waiting uplift, but could not accept mine. The gentleman even asked me how to do his job. Anyway within 10 minutes I cancelled the return, restarted the process using an address less than 5 minutes down the road, used a QR code (possibly even the same one but unconfirmed) and what a fantastic service they were able to provide on a working system shockingly similar to the strathmartine post office and a very competent counter assistant. I wasn't even asked how to scan it :)

There is a small post office with friendly and helpful staff. The best in Dundee. I highly recommend it. Many services have, I use as much as I can. Amazon Hub is available for return.

Unriable information. Closed at 1610 today. Still says 5.30pm on website. Not good enough. Got soaked waiting for next bus to town.
