I go into this Post Office weekly in a professional capacity and sometimes in a personal capacity and I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful

The middle aged woman behind the counter is incredibly rude! Not just to me but to many different customers on multiple occasions. The rest of the staff are mainly pleasant and polite. However the employee in question has shouted at people and genuinely spoken to them like rubbish on multiple occasions ! I have often felt like speaking up for other customers. I despise having to go to post anything incase i upset her by using the wrong pen or not understanding how to pricing works quickly enough for her. Everything feels like a hassle.

Terrible service, staff rude and actively unhelpful. All purchases to do with packaging must be made with cash which seems like a scam. Considering I then paid for postage by card. There is no place to package goods and staff will create a hostile environment while you do so. I have contacted pain and was made to dash about the tiny store trying to package thing on the floor and told to move whenever trying to use the counter. If possible avoid.
