Horrible customer service and barely any worth from a commercial standpoint. Had them come to our store in December to fix a leak which they "fixed" got paid and left for the leak to get 10 times worse so had to get them to come back out to fix it again.... Great plumbing guys. They took a part to find a replacement but had never replied, turns out they never once looked at all. We've been trying to get the part back since February and all we get is the reply of "if I can't find it I'll look again tomorrow and bring it in" but yet again he doesn't look at all. When I explained we had an area coach on our managers back and my manager on my back so we were getting very annoyed his only reply was "you're getting annoyed yeah? Then stop calling me. Bye" and the guy hung up on me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS BY ANY MEANS, they can't seem to do their job correctly but seem super nice and friendly at first *Update* I was trying to be nice at first, next time don't take a month to advise us on what's happening and lying through phone calls. The advice you gave us originally was handed over but without the part you seem to refuse to give us back it's kinda hard to fix isn't it. I did get annoyed but as previously stated this was 3 months ago and since then we have been chasing you the whole month so far. If you're gonna call me out as a liar then learn to lie first seems to be a running thing with the bad reviews.

I used this business for the first time. It was an urgent call out on a weekday, we were not able to turn our shower off and had to switch off the mains water. We discussed that it was unlikely that the old shower could be fixed. We arranged for me to go out and buy a new shower, which was then installed 2 hours after I called. At the same time he fixed a leaking tap. He was very friendly, efficient and charged a fair price for the work. I would definitely use Dundee Plumbing and Heating again. Called out a plumber for an emergency for my old next door neighbor. Was with us in 10 minutes and helped reassure what the problem was, excessive rain water.
