        Completely mercenary! Less than 10 mins. in my flat to change a fibre washer. I asked them to reconsider the 54 bill representing 2 days of a 70 year old's pension but was told the rate was the same for everyone NO MATTER WHAT THERE (sic) CIRCUMSTANCES ARE. Cold hearted or what? I've paid their bill but will NEVER use them again. Service: Plumbing leak repair
