Jarvie Plant Group - Dundee

I never leave reviews on my experiences with businesses as I reguarly receive good service or otherwise forget. However, this is the worst service I have ever came across in my life. From the moment I walked into Jarvie Plant office (Dundee branch), there was sense of unprofessionalism. I had decided to rent a car and Jarvie Plant offered a good price. To my surprise they demanded a 1000 deposit which was poorly shown in their terms and conditions and even an employee admitted that the majority of their customers are unaware of this. I eventually payed the deposit and returned the car in perfect condition. I still haven't recieved my deposit after 10 days and after calling their offices over 7 times with no apology or resolution, I went back to the branch in person as it was becoming ridicoulous. I then had to send multiple bank statements of proof as they were adamant that they hadn't even received the deposit! After waiting for over an hour in the office they eventually attempted to pay me my deposit. However, still not one apology has been given by their lifeless staff and I am still waiting for the transaction to go through. Next time I will go with a more reliable company and avoid being scammed of 1000.
