        I had constant hip pain for years, which just progressively got worse. The only solution from GP was painkillers and physio, which didn't help. A friend recommended Body Stress Release. After the first 3 sessions, I felt my hip literally release, with monthly maintenance, I no longer have hip pain. Truly amazing, I recommend BSR to all my friends.

        I went for a series of Body Stress Release appointments with Claire and was absolutely amazed at the results. Shes very skilled and has a beautiful treatment room and a lovely way with clients that puts you instantly at ease. Highly recommended.

        Very sceptical about this treatment for my sciatica. But very much surprised by the results I've had. After my first treatment , my wife even commented how much better I was walking. Still have some pain but a million times better. Thanks to Claire.
