For the second time, my private flu vaccination was cancelled (unbeknown to me) and when attending I was informed that all appointments have been cancelled for the day.
This was booked via their own online service. Twice. And both times have been cancelled. Why are appointments allowed to be made for them to simply cancel?
Staff member at the desk was unhelpful in offering another appointment, basically placing the onus on me to provide dates for them as opposed to them providing available dates to me.
When a suitable date was achieved, the barrier of lunch time was provided.
Avoid this location unless absolutely necessary.
