I dealt with today and she told me at the time come back in 7 days so 2 weeks later go for prescription SURPRISE SURPRISE no prescription as per usual this happens every time i put prescription in i dont know what they do
In the shop if they work or just pretend Buts its certainly not what there supposed to be i told the girl at the desk i handed it in to here 2 weeks ago and was told to come back for it and she said it was youre doctors fault so i left the shop went home made a phone call to the docs and surprisingly boots had already got in contact accusing me of going into the shop and saying that someone handed it into the doctors weeks ago and its not there?what is an absolute false accusation and false statement why would i say i handed into the doctors by someone else if i handed it in to the pharmacy myself that doesnt make any sense at all shocking customer service by the girl at the desk she was very rude and snide towards me as my medication is very important to me and she didnt seem like she cared at all
