Boots Pharmacy

This place is a shambles. You wait for 4 to 5 days on your prescription only to be told they can't get it, it needs to be ordered, no communication, 4 weeks later still can't get it but other branches of Boots stock it, prescription handed back, now need to find transport to go to another branch, why couldn't they have arranged for it to be sent to them. Shocking

Pharmacist always come late. So bad service takes 4-5 days to get your medication

Staff are completely incompetent. Prescriptions are always "not there", wrong or missing items and the staff are never apologetic. Avoid if you need the correct medication!

Absolutely apauling service I went to the pharmacy and said I'm picking up a prescription and said the GP had said she would phone the shop so and said no we haven't and instead if checking other ways if contact they continued to say no we did not get contacted by that GP and when we contacted the GP they said they emailed over the information so after waiting for around in total 45 minutes in the heat in the shop they checked the email and found the details....... this is not the first time this has happened I think staff in this branch need to up their standards especially dealing with customer details and medicines
