Staff aren't great but the manager is the worst. Really lets the place down.

Inept, incompetent, unreliable. The staff don't seem to know what they're doing. Very rarely have prescriptions ready to collect on time and usually try to lie their way out of things rather than admitting responsibility. You'd be better off going to the pharmacy across the road.

Poor staff and cheap medical store i have ever visit today I buy calpol and nurofen syrup but they gave me wrong i came back from home and I said changed it they didn't changed. And I buy again medicine

Brought my little 3 year old girl in to buy her some eye drops due to a case of obvious conjunctivitis, there was yellow pus oozing out of her eye. They insisted I handed over personal details such as address etc before insisting that the "pharmacist" examined her, all the time my little girl afraid and crying, they then refused to sell me the eye drops "because they weren't licensed". They are however "licensed" to dish out methadone on taxpayers money. Went to another pharmacy and got sold the eye drops without question, my little girl was in obvious distress. Never have I ever seen such patronising and dishonest conduct. Absolutely disgraceful, shame on you all at Boots drug dealers in Lochee. You only exist for one reason, and it's to take taxpayers money to keep addicts in check. For shame.
