Really great service, friendly staff and good advice given for home grooming. Puppy always comes back so clean an fluffy! Highly recommended

my dog has went to lapooch since 6 months old to recently she is now 3 years old, my dogs last groom I couldn't pick up my dog so my sister did so I called to make a new app 6/7 weekly as I usually do and no phone calls have been answered no text messages have been answered and no social media messages have been answered have had no choice but to change to a one on one groomer it's ashame the a business doesn't answer numerous phonecalls etc maybe overrun.
