        Just started training with Ricky and I am really happy with how it's going. Ricky is absolutely fantastic at what he does, he genuinely cares about what he does and his clients, which shines through in his work. He is very friendly, encouraging and has a really good approach with clients. I've never felt so enthusiastic and motivated about exercising! Highly recommend for anyone interested in gaining strength and learning to enjoy fitness :)

        Call it biased because he's my brother but trying to give an honest review here, Ricky has a very professional approach to his training and will go above and beyond for his clients, his gym is clean, quiet and has great professional quality equipment that you will find in any commercial place, only his is in perfect condition and not falling to bits. If you are serious about your goals give him a shout, he's the man for the job.
