Downfield driveways

Had a new driveway laid in June. Since completion, four of the Valhalla paving slabs used have cracked and many more are loose and move whenever anyone walks over them. Also, the work was left unfinished. Have tried almost daily over the past seven weeks to report this but for some reason Downfield Driveways appear to not be contactable. I have to agree with the reviews written by Roanne Hutchinson and, particularly, Michael Eaton about a year ago. If there is a reason for this contractors complete lack of any kind of aftercare service Id like to know what it is; otherwise I have to assume its a case of once the bill is settled Downfield Driveways are no longer interested. Very disappointing, unprofessional and a betrayal of trust.

Laid resin driveway in December, tried calling and left multiple texts and messages. No response. Drive is coming up after being laid for less than 4 months. Disappointing, avoid!

We got our driveway and fencing overhauled recently from Joe and the lads. They did an amazing job and we couldn't have asked for better service. Every step of the way they made sure we were comfortable with the work and kept us updated and informed too. The workmanship is better than we could have imagined and we wont hesitate to use them again in the future.
