Vision Express Opticians - Dundee

Observant,lovely staff and very helpful.Helped me out with a lens cleaning problem and then quickly identified another problem and quickly fixed that too.

Awful experience! Despite having an eye test appointment booked when entering the store nobody greeted me. I had to approach someone (lady with long dark hair) who rudely said she was busy and to take a seat! The optician Joyce was nice but I will never go back there. A very unpleasant experience.

Well.. VISION EXPRESS wanted a true account of their store,, so here goes.. Their shop inside Tesco's on south road Dundee,, was a disaster.. I ordered a pair of glasses, certain number & colour,, i said to the assistant.. Put them aside for me till after i have my eyes tested, as they were the only ones in that shop.. She said no prblem,, I'll store them with your name on the box and will be put in a drawer till needed.. Only 10 days later and they could not be found.. Gone, lost, or sold no doubt o someone else.. Now because of this staff inability to due a simple task,, i have to wait another 2 weeks before i can get my new glasses.. I said i should get a discount off the pair i buy and was told.. Theres no chance of that happening. So my advice to all reading this.. Dont use the South Road Vision Express in dundee.. The staff there are unable to perform a simple task.. And obviously after sales curtomer service is minimal..

I was treated very well. The experience made better by the professional job the lovely lady gave me. Thanks, I would wholly recommend Vision Express, Overgate, Dundee.

Great opticians, I have had issues with other opticians in Dundee but find the staff here really nice and helpful
