The shopkeeper here the other day was a thoroughly difficult and judgemental individual who behaved disgracefully when I visited and asked to redeem my Crisis Grant code(After I found out my regular convenience store doesnt redeem them), asking to see ID for no good reason and asking stupid questions even when shown ID, instead of giving me the money Id been awarded. In the end I walked out and got the bus to Asda to redeem my code(Where I did finally get proper service) rather than waste any more of my time speaking to this clown. Basically, this is the kind of unprofessional shopkeeper who refuses to serve people just because hes in a bad mood and asks pensioners to show ID when they want to buy alcohol. Shockingly bad attitude. Avoid this shop people, there are plenty of better ones in the vicinity. You deserve to be able to do your shopping in a non-toxic environment, without the individual behind the counter giving you a groundless attitude problem!

The shopkeeper "Francis" has over charged me multiple times to the point now where I will always need to ask for a receipt if I don't want to have to check my change diligently every time I go to the shops, ridiculous behaviour from a supposed businessman. I will be avoiding shopping there whenever I can
