The girls at the front Julie and Fiona are the most welcoming and friendly ladies, couldnt think of two better women to be the first faces people see when they enter Carz. They are very chirpy and happy with a welcoming aura. Abbie was my point of contact for my service and without a doubt I will give her 10/10, she is understanding, approachable and unlike some places shes not in a rush to see you leave. She explain everything and was very friendly for beginning to end another 10/10 individual. Overall the the experience in branch was higher than expected and I will gladly deal with dundee Carz again.

One star is far to much after sales Dundee is one big joke they even have the mechanics telling lies never answer a phone call three weeks to order part then one week to book your car in thats just one month of your three month warranty up so you better hope your not back with another two months trouble and they havent found the fault look out no more warranty mechanic took car out for test drive came back told me and a witness beside me car has poor brake disc one side other side perfect inner steering track end faulty noise from gear box next call from after sales manager mechanic says car is faultless so wont be doing anything else to car somebody telling lies and its certainly not me this company not worth the hassle
