Always go to Dawn at IMP. Have done for years as the service is so fast, efficient and accurate. Dawn explains all my available options and I've gone back time and time again for every mortgage.and remortgage. Can't recommend enough.

I called and spoke to Dawn this afternoon enquiring about pension advice. She told me that they dont deal with that field of financial information but spent a good 10 minutes giving me details of someone who does!! Absolutely lovely person, and obviously very genuine. Would highly recommend !

Excellent service from Dawn and the team, always professional and really friendly. So helpful from initial contact through to securing mortgage and after sales care. Always available on phone or by email at short notice and extremely helpful with explanations of the ins and outs and bits that us normal people don't understand. I was passed on to IMP from 2 friends, and have already passed on Dawns contact details to friends/family. Could not fault this service and comes highly highly recommended from me. Great work guys and thanks again!

I would definitely recommend Dawn at IMP. As first time buyers not knowing what to do and only having a short time to get somewhere, Dawn was amazing, making things very clear and easy to understand. Dawn definitely went above and beyond the role of her job and our expectations.
