Tried to double charge for serviced contract. Tried to charge for change of user though contract was for building. Failed to carry out paid for service Nov 2021. No contact since Oct 2021. Just not very helpful.

Rude staff and company and least empathetic ever to deal with . Took over a lease on a commercial business - no details on the alarm tried to get a disconnect in July - didnt happen , and even in a major power outage with a screaming alarm didnt call back - their response was their customers who have a contract were being dealt with and despite calls - ours were never logged . It literally took 60 seconds to put in a code to stop it ! As they knew we didnt have a contract they knew it wasnt a burglary but decided instead that people who had been without power for 70 hours would have to wait even longer to have the incessant noise stopped ! I was trying to serve coffee to local residents who had had no heat, power or warm food or drinks in three days - but they had to have it with a screaming alarm . I would not recommend this company to anyone !

MOST RUDE COMPANY EVEN THE RECEPTION STAFF literally had my systems down for 6 months was waiting for a service and called every other week only to be shouted at and had the phone shut in my face as soon as i'll mention my name. Nova Alarms LTD do not care about their clients and due to my system being down i was burgled and now insurance won't cover my expenses cheers guys
