A big thank you to Carpet Shed. Just had my flat fully fitted out with carpets and vynl. Quality of carpets is excellent. A big thank you to Brian and Corey for making the fitting so smooth and hassle free. Also Ashley for her regular communication. As a retail manager I know how important it is to keep the customer updated. Excellent service all round would recommend Carpet Shed to anyone who is looking for quality and service.

Absolutely amazing service. Phoned to enquire about bathroom vinyl at 9.30am and it was in my bathroom fitted by 1pm. Thank you.

Visited this store a couple of weeks ago with a view to buying carpets for four rooms. Greeted by two rather scruffy looking members of staff who showed total apathy towards us as customers. They showed little to no interest in our requirements Within 5 minutes of being in the shop we were told 'we're actually closed now'. Went to another carpet store quite close to this one. Asked the gentleman if he was closing to which he replied 'we are but I'm happy to stay open whilst you look around'. Carpet Shed take note....that's how customer service should be. Your attitude towards customers is dreadful. I would never visit this store again.
