Im so glad I got whittons to do my floor. Have separately done four rooms. Workmen are the most helpful and accommodating I have ever come across. Absolutely thrilled with end result. I had amtico and karndean put down. Thank you for brilliant job

Terrible experience left me in tears. Very nice when buying carpet but awful attitude when things go wrong. No attempt to resolve by shop staff including manager and no chance of refund. Neil the owner happened to answer the phone and did resolve on the day but then phoned me the following day and was totally patronizing and completely took his staff side because they have been with him for years he values them over customer experience. Shame because previously they have been good company and I have previously had good service and carpets from them but never had anything go wrong before. The carpet fitters were great when carpets finally arrived. Still no apology and Neil appraoch if only I would be quiet he would tell me why he was supporting his staff and it was all my fault. Didnt quite call me hysterical but he certainly implied it. I doubt very much if any if them would have spoken to a man the way they spoke to me. A simple apology would have gone a long way but was not to be so will be shopping elsewhere.
