Cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. Not to go into detail but my rather nasty " handyman" had asked me to get vinyl. It wasn't as it turned out to HIS specification ! Returned vinyl on the brink of - well, not sure but def on the brink ! The last who served me was lovely and truly helped. My extremely bad experience was made 100 x times better thanks to her customer service skills. What I didn't say at the time was I was head of customer services for a multi national company for 10 years so I know my onions ! Not only highly recommend but will be using again in the very near future - without the use of said handyman !!
