Asda Dundee Milton Superstore

Jon the staff member seems a good guy. A few youths were vaping and blowing smoke into customers faces thinking it was funny whilst intimidating customers at same time. Some old people I saw whom were away to enter store with a trolley actually turned back and went back to the car park as were obviously scared to approach the entrance to store. Jon bravely tried to tell them to leave but was just laughed at. Somebody from Asda needs to be on patrol at the entrance to shop at nights when the youths usually hang about to ask them to leave.

All the small trolleys are broken with wonky or locked wheel the 1 I had today was jumping up and down which meant I had to cushion all the glasses and jars to wavoid smashing anything and when I complained to asda all I hot was a shrug of the shoulders . Walmart please take your brand back because asda is going downhill fast

Jon from security (Asda Milton Dundee) is very friendly and very helpful towards my elderly friend every time we come in, and is always willing to go get the electric wheelchair for him, and hes also willing to go the extra mile nothing you ask is to much trouble for Jon, he is a asset to the team, just all around a really nice guy, thanks for your kindness Jon it means a lot.
