They said that they were at my door and didn't disturb my dog who barks at everything. Also they said they waited at my door for half an hour even though I was in and have eyewitnesses to this. The staff were very rude and opinionated and and malicious. I have had to cancel them because they are not good for my mental health or helpful in any way shape or form. I lost my mother recently and they threw away things that were hers before I was ready to part with them. One or two of them spend the whole time in the bathroom on the phone making personal calls. Apart from that they're great.
