Place used to be a good surgery when Dr Watson and Dr Webber were there. Since they have left the place has went down hill dramatically all locum doctors who make you go threw your medical records instead of looking there selfs. The only good doctor left is Dr Peart. Today 2 .3.23 called regarding heartburn I was advised by the doctor to call back if the issue was on going. Was on the phone for an hour to be told no appointment left only emergency but this isn't classed an emergency . So u have changed to a different t doctor after almost 41 years the quicker this place is shut down the bettter. Good riddance

Have been calling up for an appointment almost EVERY day since August 2022, only gotten through to a receptionist once in late September. Was told by a rude member of the team that I would receive a call from a GP in the afternoon to which I never did and have still heard nothing since even after hundreds of more phone calls. Even if I get through, I'm waiting 20+ minutes by that point I just hang up as clearly I am being ignored as the phone is ringing through. The reception staff are unhelpful, rude and seem to think they know more than a GP when they try to tell you what you should do when they are not qualified. Been recommnded by them to go to my local chemist of which they tell me I have to phone my GP. The GPs there are useless and make it abundantly clear they don't actually care. Shameful practise, will be changing in the new year.
