        Engineer had a pretty poor attitude towards the whole job despite it being made pretty clear on booking. laccked a lot of knowledge and despitedly damaged our dishwasher. Advised of "multiple faults" with the machine thst he needed to tske the machine to the workshop to diagnose and fix. Got a second opinion from a third party after having doubts about engineer, diagnosed a blocked pipe that stopped water reaching the heating element which had then burned out and needed to be replaced. Cannot recommend this company given our experience.
