It is a maze to navigate when you're just starting out but once you're used to the layout of the building you will see that it's quite simple.
One problem I have with the IT department is that the computers are outdated and are still using 4:3 monitors with VGA output, not to mention the processors are horrendous; the IT department tried to install Unity but it literally would not run.
The pupils treat the keyboards horribly as well, there is always some sort of food or dust under them. (this is especially prevalent in the CDT classrooms, one thought of the keyboards is enough to give me nausea.) I sometimes bring an air duster myself just to clean the keyboards.
