        Nice to hear their shops are satisfactory, shame their online ordering is letting them down, returned my purchases by Royal Mail, this was received Monday 20th February and I have still not have received communication that my refund is being processed. I have contacted both by email and a few calls to Broughty ferry shop, aware the shop is limited and can only pass on the message for online service. All in all definitely no customer satisfaction, I certainly will not be ordering again.
