They done some bodywork on the car sent it back without a working sidelight, when I told them about it they sent a delivery driver with the bulb. I asked so your a technician, your going to change the light. His answer I'm a lorry driver not a fitter,spoke to motobility they sent me to frf all done in 20 minutes. Don't know if they still do motobility work but I'd genuinely be surprised if they do

I can't comment on how good the work that they do is as I was collecting a car on behalf of a customer. But what I can say is that the service is horrendous it seems the staff are clueless because the management are useless nobody knows what the other is doing. I was to collect a car but was told I couldn't had to spend the night in a hotel then came the next day to collect and had to wait another 4 hours for the car with no excuse or apology. Also I have no idea what happened in those toilets but it looked like someone had been cleaning livestock in them!
