        Van hire booked for 9am and received message to say it's been cancelled night before at 22:07. Not giving much notice, but if i cancelled with such a short notice I would still be charged. Would rather pay extra for a better service. Wouldnt recommend or use them!!

        Booked a car online for a one way hire. When I picked car up following day the reservation has same destination as pick up. (Good job i noticed I thought). Went back to desk to inform of same, who then advised they did not have a branch where I wanted to drop car off despite there being an option to select that on website. Would not refund hire, as within 24 hrs it goes down as a 'no show'. This was my first time using hertz, my work have a hire agreement with them as well. I will never use again and be feeding back to my work to use different rental company,

        Sorry to say it did not work out could not get the hire arranged even after filling in on line information and sending details and follow up e mail requesting update nothing happened was left with no way to transport materials from store and had to return today to collect poor show .
