        When my boiler broke last Saturday Dorian plumbing was the only plumber/boiler engineer who was willing to come out that night. Despite it being 11pm Sean arrived when he said he would & got the boiler working, he was polite, professional & informative. The boiler needed a replacement part which Sean installed on Tuesday morning & it's working perfectly now. I will be using Dorian plumbing in the future & can't recommend them enough.

        Dorian Plumbing was recommended to me but alas communication isn't their strong point, everything had to be done by text! They came when they didn't specifically say they were coming and then I waited two days for them to come but no-one arrived or called or even texted to say sorry I can't make it. I text back to say their services were no longer required and still no contact! It's great that they can afford to pick and choose who they want to service, even if it means letting down and disappointing the customer.
