        Im sure some or most of the staff have the childrens best interests but it makes me question that when they sit sunbathing with the parent as if they were mates and allow them to verbally abuse there children without saying anything or reporting it to the relevant authorities that makes me question there commitment to child safety and security. Management should have a word with there staff as to whats legal and whats not and to who they are supposed to help protect

        Serten staff do not care about how young people feels. Also they make it like they listen to what the young person says but they really dont pay attention to the young person at all. Very bad
