I used pilot garage for a repair (banging). On first trial, few parts replacement was done but the banging did not disappear. The garage expressed the responsibility and have replaced other parts free.
After picking the car, I noticed a small scratch in the bumper and went back to them. They have also admitted responsibility and sent the car for body repair which was completed today.
I am happy with their commitment, responsibility, and reputations and customers care.
