Versity Laptops

Recently went to get my laptop fixed because the screen wouldnt turn on. The staff (John) was very friendly and helpful and took care to explain exactly what was wrong with my laptop. Eventually ended up buying another laptop because the one I had brought in wasnt worth repairing financially. They transferred over my data and sold me a very solid alternative at a fair price including a discount because they were able to salvage my battery from the original. All of this within two days, would highly recommend and will be using again.

Absolutely superb service by John, have nothing but praise for the business. Had an issue with my laptop not charging and John took a look at it on the spot for a diagnosis. Told me which parts needed to be replaced with detailed instructions and even lent me the tools needed. Everything worked perfectly and John refused to charge me anything for everything he's done, definitely a rare gem in this industry.
