Recommend by another cafe (as it was full). Small cafe, tables very small could feel claustrophobic when full. Nice feel, friendly staff, fantastic looking cakes and very reasonably priced. We had deep filled chicken mayo, on seeded, 7.10. Lots of filling, nice tasting chicken, filling was cold and bread and side dressing was nice. Had a fruit scone, asked if I wanted it warmed. Served with tasty jam and butter which wasn't like a brick, lots of fruit. Personally it was a bit over done on the base, for me. Coffee and tea were nice. Would go back.

This is quite a small family run cafe. However, it is very friendly and when we went in we had a wide range of cakes. We started with lentil soup which was very tasty. Then I had a piece of parsnip cake which was delicious with a quite unique flavour. To finish we had an excellent latte. All told, excellent value, with lots of choice.
