        Having to repeat meds each time because of new doctors is pathetic. And all because of an nhs screw up. ...this post was months ago again rubbish service I am in pain I begged for emergency appointment as I'm just out of hospital and need more pain meds. Was told yes your on the list you will just have to wait. 5 hours later I call again told same story. I hope they have the same pain and get the same rubbish service they are delivering.

        There seems to be an issue trying to get through from charleston to downfield , I have had a few calls cut off as the receptionist can't hear me so she just cuts me off,then I'm back in line 30 or more , 1 nice lady called me back 1 time but only once .

        Absolutely fantastic practise, from the reception staff to the fantastic doctors. I went in the other day hardly able to walk and within 4 hours up and about again. They've never let me down over the years and their service has always been outstanding.
