Domino's Pizza - Dundee - Panmurefield Village

Rude staff hanging over you whilst reading the menu, I asked if they could only put pepperoni on half of the pizza for my fussy kids, they reply with " we don't do half and half, at all" what a joke.

I ordered my kids favourite as usual on the app. Nipped out to collect it leaving my purse at home as I'd paid on the app. Get there and stand at the desk while the server walks past me several times. Someone eventually asks if I need a help. I point to my order and give my name as I can see it on the shelf. I'm given no dip. I say oh I'm missing the small dip(which I have been given every other time with the order) To be told you don't get one. I ask why not because theres a whole in the box for it and I've had one every other time. To be told because they cost money that's why! She offers to take a card payment for the 55p dip which I can't because I don't have my purse. She shrugs her shoulders at me then turns away completely ignoring me and starts to speak to other people. I need to get my phone out and stand and order a 55p dip on the app on my phone. Another staff member comes over and asks if I'm ok. I say no as I'm having to order a 55p dip on my phone. He looks at me in disbelief and gives me a dip. I thank him and leave. I am well aware things cost money. But what I didn't need was the attitude to go with it.
