Horrible staff need to learn how to socially distance themselves from vulnerable members of the public, rather than force the disabled person to walk out into traffic. Some very basic manners might be a bonus too!

My review is of the care staff specifically as opposed to the company practices as a whole. The carers are outstanding. We've had approx 20ish through our doors since my Granddad started needing care and the level of attention, and care they provide while maintaining the clients dignity is really great! Its makes me and my families lives so much easier knowing he is well taken care of and they do things that would be outside of my capacity to help with as his grandson. Cannot say enough about the girls and guys that come and do the job and they absolutely dont get anywhere NEAR the appreciation they deserve for helping keep older people in the homes where they are comfortable and keep them out of care homes when possible. That goes for a lack of appreciation from the government and some of the public, and in my opinion from Allied healthcare as a company. I would absolutely trust anybody in my family with the group of carers Allied employ though.
