used them before and they had my car for a fortnight, it only went in for a rear bumper to be fitted on, brake pads and then MoT d then had to wait after calling them up cause they were using my car to pick up parts but I live close so thought I would give them another try was told to drop car off 7 days ago and it hasn't moved until today, do not know if it has been fixed, no call or message and its closed all weekend so for new brake pipe at the front its gonna be at least 11-12 days without a car shocking waiting times and really bad communication. They are very busy but why take on more work than you can possibly manage. UPDATE: Got the car back after 3 weeks and was told brakes are fine even though the pedal goes half way to the floor before they start to work, they also replaced a tyre I had told them not to as I have a set of new wheels on order so as far as I can make out its taken 3 weeks to put in abit of oil (supposedly), and a new unwanted tyre, steer clear folks and I will be telling friends to do the same.forgot to update again but put car to dudeks and had a leaking head gasket and a bent shock absorber which was that bad that the wheel was riding on the inner sidewall hence the reason I put it in the garage but they missed both issues unbelievably you can imagine what angle the wheel was at jeez steer clear folks just a pity the bossman Ian passed he wouldn't have let that go on bloody sad stuff

Called day before and car booked in for MOT the following day. Had car back within a couple of hours. Really happy with service and excellent value.
