        The service form Total Business Furniture has been great once again. I had a problem with an arm rest on a chair. I contacted Kerr, explained the problem and within days a replacement arm rest had been sourced from Norway and brought directly to my house, completely free of charge as my chair was still (just) within the 10 year warranty. Service like that deserves public praise. I would unreservedly recommend this company.
