Hands down the worst, most arrogant and aggressive workman Ive ever dealt it. We were scheduling in work for an apartment we are doing up. And we needed something fitted in the bathroom. We called the office and the lady said shed ask about our specific issue and get back the next day. Nothing after a week. So we called back. They forgot. Ok fine. So she said the owner wanted the keys to go out and inspect a week before he did quote in time for our agreed date (14th). Posted Keys.heard nothing. Called and they said he will get back..nothing. So we booked someone else and called office for the keys to be returned and cancelled. Nothing. So Mr Donahue decided to not return keys and visit flat on 15th (a day late) than what we had planned (despite cancelling it). And locked us out of apartment (as we were not using bottom lock). We called him over 50 times..sent loads of texts nothing. Until he eventually decided to reply: no sorry: no apology. No sorry theres been a mix up let me return keys. Nothing. Told us to go to his home to pick the keys up if we wanted. So ok: arrived.he opened door and said heres your keys no need for your attitude, thats ur lesson in life ill give u. The guy who messed up, didnt communicate, went out on wrong day, ignored cancellation, locked us out house, didnt answer phone and made us travel to him for keys has the cheek to comment on anyone elses attitude?! Ive never encountered such an arrogant and pig headed man in my life. He then had the nerve to shout aggressively after me when I left and said glad Im not doing ur job with ur attitude. Despite us having cancelled it already.good job we did really: as I wouldnt want this hot head in my house. I dont know if he had something going on personally that daybut this was all for quote. A potential customer. I hate to see how he is with women and people in their own houses Hes aggressive, extremely arrogant and pig headed and comes across as a sociopath. As only a sociopath would suggest I was the one to say sorry. A normal person would have had the decency to say sorry there was a mix up. So I would suggest people who dont have the ability to answer back to avoid this hot head as he seems like the person who can easily get very out of control. Avoid isnt strong enough a word.
