        Installation done to a poor standard and not finished, the manufacturer had to come in to finish the job. Caused damage, left rubbish (including the old boiler for a week) and sent numerous unpleasant emails. Even threatened to reduced the 10 year warranty if I continued to complain, bragging that he'd done it before. Looking up online and the company owner has received a lot of poor press reporting legal investigations. Service: Water heater installation
