waited ,looked and tried to get someone to help us in flooring/ vinyl department.
one was wondering re-arranging things while another was on the phone chatting.
not a word of " excuse me for a minute " or " someone will be with you in a minute" nor even a acknowledgement or smile. not what we are used in "gilles of Broughty ferry" in general.
and we weren't the only ones by the looks of it.
