Great place but stupid that is closed on a Tuesday the exact same day as inoflate ect kids dont take a day off.

Not very friendly staff. Very rude and aggessive especially toward disabled children or children with autism. Old management was extremely wonderful but the new management is very rude.

Having previously loved the fun factory I have been so disappointed the last couple of times I've been there. Firstly, the cost of admission is ridiculous, especially for a baby under 1. Secondly the cafe has replaced what was a decent and varied menu with hotdogs and packet sandwiches, none of which were suitable for my child with allergies. In addition, they no longer do toast for toddlers on tots sessions, it's muffins or Yoghurt, neither of which were suitable again for my child with allergies and also full of sugar for first thing in the morning. Thirdly the opening hours have changed and closed a monday and a Tuesday! My only days off. I won't be back, unfortunately. Contacted management and had no response. Really disappointing as it had previously been a great place to take my little ones. The play equipment is good which is why I have given two stars.
