Wrong wall paper arrived !! poor communication after ordering Really dissapointed Their mistakes! I was waiting 11days but Wrong wall paper arrived!!! And Im not sure I can get my wallpaper from them. I worry about when I can get my wall paper or I couldnt get wallpaper . And if so I can get refund from them. When Im going to ask some question about wallpaper before I make my purchase,Their response was good. But after purchase and their mistake Their response become very poor and bad. It was big disappointment . Im worry about this company is safe or not. I was planning finish my bedrooms wall renovation until Christmas. but Its difficult . I think They should recompens for their mistake .

Utterly shocked at the most rude person answering the telephone who described herself as the manager. She put the phone down on me whilst I was calmly complaining about items not received . This lady had a bad attitude and customer service is non existent. So sad!

Excellent friendly staff, go out there way to help you. Couldnt have been nicer! Would definitely recommend, price very fair, all in all a great shopping experience and not pushy!

Never heard of thus company before.They were only ones that had Laura Ashley Belverdere in stock and 10 a roll cheaper than other stockists. Was a bit dubious of the unknown ..but cannot recommend enough .. from ordering to delivery it was hassle free. My husband just put last piece up and are super happy just waiting for pale grey carpet to be fitted
