Also do not deal if you have problems with your flatmates

- Location (centre of town)
- Decent wifi speed (20+ MB/s)
- Friendly reception & security staff
- Nearby Tesco & Co-op
- Nightclubs & gym are very close
Cons:
- Really expensive
- Flat wasnt clean on arrival
- Basic items missing from kitchen
- Flat condition was poor/average at best
- Daily fire alarms & fire brigade
- No staff/security after 4pm
- Rats
- More rats
- Missing parcels
- Cloudy lukewarm water
- Main entrance closed for months
- Poor recycling options (only glass bins)
- Extremely rude/hypocritical management
- Damp windows
- Laundry room is expensive
- Key fobs have frequent issues
- Vending machines rarely work
Please find somewhere else to spend your money, this place really isnt worth it. As my second time living in halls I can easily say this is my worst experience by far.
And if you do stay here, dont waste even more of your money paying 60/month to park inside the courtyard, just pay the council 110 per year to park on the street around the corner.
