        Joined unite the union based on the feedback i got when i called to explain my issue and they said they could provide remote assistance. 2 days later when my allocated rep finally took my call. He was rude and frequently interrupting as to rush the call as he reminded me many times he is away on holiday for 2weeks at 5pm. I asked is there nobody covering his role. Which was met by a passive aggressive response saying hes entitled to a holiday. If i email him my issue he will provide feedback in 2-3weeks time once hes caught up with other longer serving members issues. Nobody else to cover and the fact i wasnt happy at waiting 2-3weeks he kept reiterating i can only recieve remote assistance. This was echoed when i emailed to cancel my membership as they did not acknowledge the 2-3week wait as an issue despite me having to pay upfront for a service that wouldnt be available to myself for upto 3weeks. Absolute shambles of a union. Do not wast your time. Ignorant and narrowminded rep and customer service.
