1) The flat life completely depends upon the flatmates you are going to get. If they are druggies and partygoers, then it will be very hard to concentrate on your studies. The rooms are not even soundproof and you can even hear what your neighbouring flatmates are talking about (just think about the party then).
2) The security measures are great and it's a three-way mechanism. Don't ever forget your keys whenever you are going out.
3) The internet speeds are superb but it's not consistent and the flat can go without the Internet for hours.
4) Maintain the kitchen well otherwise it will start stinking and there will be maggots all over the kitchen.
