A system built on punishment. They don't care for your recovery, you're just another name in the book.

Shockingly bad treatment, i feel like a 3rd class citizen who's not worth helping. I feel like I'm looked down upon. I'm constantly lied to. I'm constantly being allocated different key workers, most of whom I never meet. I get zero help with any other substance misuse problems I have, problems with substances that have killed many young people in Dundee and people I've known personally. I'm not listened to, no issue I bring up, no matter how serious is ever actually addressed. They'll say they're going to do this and that but nothing ever gets done it's always the next appointment or the person they need to speak to about it is on their holidays. There's always an excuse. Overall lazy, uncaring liars is the best way to describe the people who work there. They don't give a toss about the people under their care, I don't even think they see us as people. We're just junkies to them. We're just an inconvenience when their working. You get a very strong sense that your simply annoying them when you contact them, even if you have a ligitimate reason to. Something needs to be done about this place because it's disgusting the way they treat people and it is causing deaths. It's inhumane In my opinion. People make mistakes and deserve the chance to turn thier lives around, but they've little chance of that when you have people like them in charge of their recovery plan
