I get all my dogs related goods from Alan's, as the prices are good and the service is fantastic. Always like to help local businesses

Ran out of poo bags and was directed to this shop. It was 5.02pm, I hadnt checked the time and was concerned my dog would have the toilet in the town centre, so to avoid being unable to pick up her mess, I knocked on the door which was locked but a member of staff was inside, who charged out with a very nasty attitude stating the shop tills are closed and he wouldnt be able to put the item through the till, a 85p purchase, but after talking calmly back to him, i paid a 1 for the bags explaining I did not want a fine for not picking up her poo. I had bags from earlier but my dog had messed twice and the 3rd bag had a hole in it. All whilst my son was standing beside me. Disgusted to be talked to like dirt. Staff need to be trained in customer service! Very off putting and would not recommend to my friends to this place due to this experience!
